Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026

This policy explains how Palak Education and Financial Services (PEFS), which runs PEFS Commerce Classes and PEFS Sarkaari Naukri Classes, handles your information when you use www.pefsinstitute.com.

1. What we collect

You can read our pages, exam information and daily current affairs without giving us any personal details. When you send an enquiry, the form opens WhatsApp with your name, mobile number, course and city filled in. That message reaches us only when you press send in WhatsApp. When you call or visit us, we note the details you share so we can guide you about courses.

2. How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, tell you about batches, fees, tests and results, and run your admission. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

3. Online purchases

When you buy an e-book, we collect your name, mobile number and (optionally) email. Razorpay processes the payment; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your name and mobile number are printed on the e-book pages as a watermark and are used to restore your access and to help with refunds.

3a. Website statistics

We count visits to our pages (for example, which pages are popular) using privacy-friendly statistics from our hosting provider and Google. These tell us how many people visit, not who you are.

4. This website's own storage

The website stores a few small settings in your own browser, such as whether you last opened PEFS Commerce Classes or PEFS Sarkaari Naukri Classes, so it can show the right page next time. You can clear these anytime from your browser settings.

5. Student photos and results

We show student photos, names and marks only with the student's or parent's permission. To ask us to remove your photo or result, call or WhatsApp 82644 43099 and we will remove it.

6. Other websites

Links to WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, Google and official exam websites follow those websites' own privacy policies.

7. Changes and contact

We will update this page if anything changes. For any privacy question, call 82644 43099 or 98141 73099, or visit us at #124, Bathindian Street, Near Shiv Mandir, Nabha, Punjab 147201.
